Welcome to BinCleaners. By booking our services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Provision & Access
Our services are timed around local Sydney municipal council collection schedules. The customer is responsible for ensuring bins are placed out or accessible to our technicians on the booked date. If bins are locked away or obstructed without prior notice, a callout fee may apply.
2. Bin Condition
Bins must be emptied of normal council waste before our high-pressure wash service. While our steam sanitisation removes grime, mould, paint overspray and foul residues, we cannot repair pre-existing structural cracks, broken wheels, or severed hinges.
3. Rubbish Removal Exclusions
For rubbish removal services, we cannot accept hazardous materials, including asbestos, biohazards, medical waste, or explosive canisters. Any such materials will be left on site in accordance with NSW EPA regulations.
4. Cancellation & Pauses
Recurring plans may be paused or cancelled at any time with at least 24 hours written or phone notice prior to the scheduled cleaning date.
