When do you arrive to clean the bins?

Our service is synced directly with your Sydney council collection schedule. We visit on your regular bin day, typically arriving within 1 to 3 hours after the council garbage truck has emptied your bins.

Where does the dirty wash water go?

Never down your driveway or street drain! Our mobile trailers feature a closed-loop catchment system that captures 100% of the greywater and slurry. The wastewater is filtered and responsibly disposed of at an EPA-approved trade waste facility in Sydney.

Do I have to unlock my gate?

If your bins are behind a locked gate or security keypad, you can share access instructions or gate codes securely during booking, or simply leave them in an accessible spot on service day.

STEP ONE: BOOKING

Tell us your location & bin details

Submit your Sydney suburb and street name, and select your bins (Red general waste, Yellow recycling, Green garden organics). Choose whether you'd like a one-off deep clean or a money-saving recurring service (fortnightly or monthly).

STEP TWO: COLLECTION SYNC

Council empties your bins on scheduled day

You put your bins out as normal (or let our Bin Placement crew do it for you). Once your local municipal truck completes its collection route, your empty bins are ready for our cleaning technicians.

STEP THREE: 200°C STEAM WASH

Our self-contained wash unit arrives

Our custom truck lifts your bins over hydraulic wash bays. Commercial 3000 PSI high-temperature rotary jet heads blast the interior, dissolving grease, rotten residues, mould, and maggot nests. We apply hospital-grade biodegradable sanitiser and citrus deodoriser.

STEP FOUR: COMPLETED & TIDIED

Bins returned clean, dry, and fragrant

We wipe down exterior handles and lids with disinfectant, and wheel your bins back off the kerb to your designated area. You receive an SMS/email confirmation that the clean is done.
